Geeks for community, social justice, and environment movements

enviro-geek.net was originally set up as a host for a number of web sites for environmental organisations based in Newcastle, Australia, by Oliver, and naught101. It has since opened up with the hope of furthering all environmental/ecological and social justice struggles in relation to the 'net - but always as a means to an end.

Welcome to enviro-geek.net. This site is a place for social justice and environment activists/geeks to network, organise, share knowledge, and to help other groups in these movements use technologies such as the Internet and computers to spread their messages.

The website acts as a networking hub for knowledge and skill sharing for social justice and environment-minded geeks.

enviro-geek.net is run by the enviro-geek collective. We also provide technical support, web hosting and design, email and mailing lists, to not-for-profit social justice and environment groups.

enviro-geek.net is what we make it.
